Enquiries welcome from Beccles, Worlingham and nearby villages. Include the postcode, access and preferred timing so we can check whether someone can take the job.

Who we are

Frankie Ansell, based in Beccles / Waveney. This site is a referral introduction service for domestic plastering enquiries. It is not a plastering company and it is not the independent plasterer's own trading site. See the referral disclosure.

What the form collects

When you send an enquiry, this site may collect:

Full name
Phone number
Email address, if you choose to give one
Property town or postcode
Job type
Property type and rooms
Preferred timing
Anything useful you choose to add
Whether you agree this site may use the details to reply
Whether you give optional permission to share the enquiry with one independent plasterer

Do not send bank details, identity documents, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information. The form does not take photographs or file uploads.

Sharing with a plasterer

Details may be shared with one independent plasterer, and only if you give that permission. Sharing is optional and separate from permission to reply. The same enquiry is not sent to more than one plasterer at once.

If you do not tick permission to share, the site can still reply to you. It will not pass your details to a plasterer only to get a quote.

You can withdraw permission before details are shared by emailing frankie@gannicus.co.uk or using the same form with "privacy request" at the start of the notes.

Why information is used

To respond to your enquiry, check whether it fits the intended area and job type, and, if you asked for it, to make one introduction. Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond, make that introduction, or handle a question about the enquiry.

Cookies

The website does not use advertising trackers. Submitting a form takes you to FormSubmit, which may use cookies and CAPTCHA for delivery and spam protection.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of enquiry details this site still holds, by emailing frankie@gannicus.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Permission and keeping your information

We use your consent to respond and separate optional permission to introduce you to one independent plasterer. You can withdraw permission by emailing frankie@gannicus.co.uk. This does not affect use that was lawful before withdrawal. We keep the information while handling the enquiry and any related questions or complaint, then review whether it is still needed. We do not add you to a marketing list.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of your information, where the relevant right applies. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
